Cream cheese of grilled Crunchino
This cream cheese with grilled Crunchino is perfect as a snack, on toast or as an addition to lunch.
Preparation:
- Coat the orange Crunchino with a little oil and sprinkle with some salt. Grill them for about 10 minutes in a grill pan until the Crunchinos are cooked and have grill marks all around. Then remove the Crunchino from the pan.
- Meanwhile, finely chop the chives and mix them into the cream cheese together with the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
- Remove any loosened sheets from the grilled Crunchino and chop it very finely. Mix this into the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
