Wrap bites with Hummus and Crunchino
Surprise your guests with these colourful and crunchy tortilla cones! A fun and tasty snack for any occasion.
Preparation:
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll aluminium foil in the shape of a small chip bag. Cut the tortillas into 3 pieces. And roll them up to fit into the funnel of aluminium foil. Bake the tortillas c.a. 8 – 10 minutes in the oven until the tortilla hardens and they keep their shape.
- Meanwhile, cut the Crunchinos into thin strips. Proportionally, you will need slightly more of the yellow, orange and red-brown than the green.
- Put some Heks’n’cheese on the inside of the tortilla. Then put some arugula and the strips of Crunchino’s inside the tortilla, so it looks like a chip. Serve with green olives.
