Cream cheese of grilled Crunchino

This cream cheese with grilled Crunchino is perfect as a snack, on toast or as an addition to lunch.

Preparation:

  1. Coat the orange Crunchino with a little oil and sprinkle with some salt. Grill them for about 10 minutes in a grill pan until the Crunchinos are cooked and have grill marks all around. Then remove the Crunchino from the pan.
  2. Meanwhile, finely chop the chives and mix them into the cream cheese together with the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  3. Remove any loosened sheets from the grilled Crunchino and chop it very finely. Mix this into the cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Ingredients:

  • 150 g (vegan) cream cheese
  • 1 Crunchino
  • 2 red-brown Crunchinos
  • 10 g chives finely chopped
  • 6 g lemon juice
  • Pepper + salt + olive oil
