Poké bowl with Crunchy Crunchino

Looking for a fresh and crunchy poké bowl? Try this variant with the Crunchino® paprika! The unique textures and flavours will give your bowl a tasty twist.

Preparation:

1. Coat 2 different colours of Crunchinos with a little oil and sprinkle with some salt. Grill them for about 10 minutes in a grill pan until the Crunchinos are cooked and have grill marks all around. 2. Remove the Crunchinos from the pan. Slice the grilled crunchino lengthwise and marinate in 2 tbsp rice vinegar and 1 tbsp sesame oil. 3. Meanwhile, cook the sushi rice according to the instructions on the packet. Mix the sushi rice with 6 tbsp rice vinegar and 1 tsp salt. Also, cut 2 raw Crunchinos into flowers and prepare your chosen toppings by finely chopping them and seasoning them with salt and pepper. 4. Next, start building the poké bowl. Grab a deep plate and spread the sushi rice on the bottom. Then proceed in compartments, placing each chosen ingredient in a separate spot on the plate. Serve the poké bowl with wasabi mayonnaise.
