Crunchino Bruchetta

Bruschetta from Crunchino

Discover the delicious variation on the Italian Bruschetta. The combination of toasted Crunchino, fresh herbs and crusty bread is simply irresistible.

  1. Coat the Crunchinos with a little olive oil and sprinkle with some salt. Grill them for about 10 minutes in a grill pan until the Crunchinos are cooked and have grill marks all around.
  2. Remove the Crunchinos from the pan, remove the seeds and cut them into 1 cm cubes. To this, add the chopped garlic, red onion, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and basil. Then season the mixture with salt and pepper.
  3. Meanwhile, slice the bread and grill it with some olive oil until the bread is crispy. Then spread the Crunchino mixture over the grilled bread slices. Enjoy your meal!
