Tomberry® Kids Festival
Bruschetta, Pizza and nachos with ketchup. A healthy party with the cutest and smallest tomato in the world. Guaranteed to be eaten in no time…
PREPARATION
Tomberry® Pizza
Mix the ingredients (except the salt) for the pizza dough together in a large bowl. Knead for 2 minutes until the dough is smooth, then add the salt. Knead the dough until it feels elastic, cover and leave to rest for 2 hours. Knead the dough again and make small balls of 150 g. Cover and leave to rest for another 2 hours, covered. Shape the dough into a nice round pizza.
Top the pizza with Tomberry® ketchup, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 240 °C for 11-13 minutes. Sprinkle the pizza with Tomberries® for an added festive touch.
Tomberry® ketchup
Finely chop the garlic and shallot and cook all the ingredients in a pan. Crush with the hand blender.
The Tomberry® ketchup is the sauce for your pizza and the dip for your nachos.
Bruschetta
Cook the Tomberries® with the sugar and water in a pan and crush them gently with a whisk. Add some chopped chive.
Cut the bread into slices and brush both sides with a little olive oil. Grill the bread in a grill pan (or oven) until crispy on both sides. Rub the top of the toasted bread with a clove of garlic. Place them on a plate and spoon the lightly cooked Tomberries® over them.
Lets have a healthy party!!!
