tortillahoorntjes met crunchino

Wrap bites with Hummus and Crunchino

Surprise your guests with these colourful and crunchy tortilla cones! A fun and tasty snack for any occasion.

Preparation:

  1. Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Roll aluminium foil in the shape of a small chip bag. Cut the tortillas into 3 pieces. And roll them up to fit into the funnel of aluminium foil. Bake the tortillas c.a. 8 – 10 minutes in the oven until the tortilla hardens and they keep their shape.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the Crunchinos into thin strips. Proportionally, you will need slightly more of the yellow, orange and red-brown than the green.
  3. Put some Heks’n’cheese on the inside of the tortilla. Then put some arugula and the strips of Crunchino’s inside the tortilla, so it looks like a chip. Serve with green olives.

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 bowl of hummus or another cream cheese of your choice
