Crispy gnocchi with piementos de padrón and sardines

Food lovers, for when you really want to eat something different. Crispy gnocchi in combination with the Piementos de Padrón and the sardines is a culinary delight. Even real foodies will be surprised…


Place the gnocchi and Padrón peppers on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 °C. After 10 minutes, remove from the oven and grate the cheese over the gnocchi.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, place in a bowl and season with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest.

Remove the sardines from the tin and break them in half lengthways. Remove the bones. Spoon the gnocchi onto the plate. Divide the garnish over the sardines. And grate a little lemon over the plate.
