Falafel wrap with sweet and sour jalapeno

A delicious and vegetarian wrap in no time. The combination of these ingredients will soon make this dish one of your favourite recipes.


Cut the jalapenos into thin slices and put them in a jar. Boil the water, sugar, vinegar and garlic cloves. Pour the hot mixture onto the sliced jalapenos. Place in the fridge for 2 days.



Chop the red onion, tomato and coriander. Mix the crème fraîche with lime zest, salt and pepper.

Fry the falafel. Cover the wraps with garnish and top with the marinated jalapenos. So easy, delicious and healthy at the same time.

  • 2 green jalapenos
  • 250 g sugar

  • 100 g water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
