Tinkerbell® Quiche

A delicious quiche for brunch, lunch or dinner The different colours of Tinkerbell® mini sweet peppers make this quiche an explosion of colour. The quiche can be served hot or cold.


Preheat the oven to 180 °Grease a 24 cm springform pan or quiche dish with butter. Line the springform pan or quiche dish with puff pastry. Blind bake the puff pastry for 30 minutes. Put the cream, eggs, garlic, 30 g cheese, salt and pepper in a measuring cup and grind finely with the hand blender. Place the peppers on the puff pastry and pour the cream/egg mixture over it.

Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy your meal!

*Blind baking: prick the bottom, crumple a piece of baking paper and put it on the dough. Spread baking pearls, rice, dried beans or lentils on the baking paper and bake for 30 minutes. Now remove the filling and the baking paper.
